By accessing or using CineDZ Cast (cast.cinedz.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Algeria. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Algeria's premier casting platform connecting talented actors with film and television productions.

Our platform provides:

• Talent profile creation and management
• Casting call browsing and applications
• Production posting and talent search
• Messaging between talents and productions
• Verified professional badges

3. User Accounts

• Authentication is managed through CineDZ single sign-on (SSO)
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete profile information

4. Talent Profiles

4.1 Profile Content

• You must own or have rights to all photos and media uploaded
• Photos must be accurate representations (no misleading edits)
• Professional credentials must be verifiable
• Union affiliations must be current and accurate

4.2 Prohibited Content

• Explicit or NSFW content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• False credentials or experience
• Content depicting other people without consent

5. Casting Calls (For Productions)

5.1 Legitimate Castings

• All casting calls must be for legitimate productions
• Compensation terms must be clearly stated
• Production details must be accurate
• No upfront fees may be charged to talent

5.2 Prohibited Postings

• Scams or fraudulent opportunities
• Adult content productions
• Discriminatory requirements (beyond genuine role needs)
• Requests for personal payment from talent

6. Applications & Communications

• Be respectful and professional in all communications
• Respond promptly to casting inquiries
• Do not share personal contact info in initial applications
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

7. Fees & Payments

• Basic talent profiles are free
• Premium features may require subscription
• Productions may pay for featured casting listings
• CineDZ does not take commission on talent bookings
• All disputes regarding work/payment are between talent and production

8. Limitation of Liability

CineDZ Cast is a platform connecting talents with productions. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between talents and productions
• Payment disputes or non-payment for work
• Misrepresentation by either party
• Decisions made based on profile information
• Injuries or damages during productions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Talent profiles may be removed for inactivity after 12 months. Casting calls expire after their posted deadline.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Algeria.
