This Refund Policy is specific to CineDZ Cast and supplements the CineDZ Master Refund Policy.

Overview

CineDZ Cast offers both free and premium features. This policy explains refund terms for premium subscriptions and featured listings.

1. Free Services

The following services are completely free and require no payment:

  • Creating and maintaining a basic talent profile
  • Browsing public casting calls
  • Submitting applications to casting calls
  • Basic messaging with productions

2. Premium Talent Subscriptions

2.1 Refundable Scenarios

  • Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (monthly plans)
  • Cancellation within 14 days of purchase (annual plans)
  • Technical issues preventing access to premium features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Cancellation after the refund window
  • Significant usage of premium features before cancellation
  • Account suspension due to terms violation
  • Dissatisfaction with casting results (not guaranteed)

3. Featured Casting Listings (For Productions)

3.1 Refundable Scenarios

  • Listing not published due to technical error
  • Cancellation before listing goes live
  • Billing errors

3.2 Non-Refundable

  • Listings that have been published (even partially)
  • Lack of applications (not guaranteed)
  • Casting cancelled by production after posting

4. Verified Professional Badge

  • Verification fee is non-refundable once verification is complete
  • Refundable if verification is denied and no badge issued
  • Refund processing: 7-14 business days

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Request Refund" on the relevant purchase
  3. Or email billing@cinedz.com
  4. Include your account email and transaction ID
  5. State reason for refund request

Response Time: We respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

  • SATIM (CIB/Edahabia): Refund to original card within 7-14 business days
  • CineDZ Credits: Option to receive as platform credits (instant)

Refunds are processed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) at the original transaction rate.

7. Important Notice

No Casting Guarantees: Premium subscriptions and featured listings increase visibility but do not guarantee casting calls, applications, or bookings. Success depends on many factors including your profile quality, experience, and production requirements.
