2.4 Production Data (For Casting Directors)

• Production company information
• Casting call details and requirements
• Talent searches and saved profiles
• Communication with talents

3. Public Profile Visibility

• Profile photos and media
• Physical attributes and skills
• Professional experience
• General location (city/region)

Your email, phone, and exact address are NEVER shown publicly. Contact is made through our messaging system.

4. How We Use Your Data

• Display your talent profile to productions
• Process casting applications
• Enable communication between talents and productions
• Match talents with suitable casting calls
• Send notifications about casting opportunities
• Verify professional credentials
• Improve platform features and recommendations

5. Data Sharing

5.1 With Productions

When you apply to a casting call, the production can view:

• Your full talent profile
• Application materials you submitted
• Previous credits (if shared)

5.2 With CineDZ Ecosystem

Your profile may be visible on other CineDZ platforms (crew.cinedz.com, jobs.cinedz.com) to provide integrated industry opportunities.

6. Data Retention

• Active profiles: Retained while account is active
• Inactive profiles: Hidden after 12 months, deleted after 24 months
• Applications: Retained for 3 years (casting records)
• Messages: Retained for 2 years
• Media files: Deleted within 30 days of profile deletion

7. Your Rights

• Access: Download your complete profile data
• Rectification: Update incorrect information anytime
• Erasure: Delete your profile ("right to be forgotten")
• Visibility: Set profile to private/hidden mode
• Portability: Export data in standard format

8. Photos & Media

• Photos are stored securely on our CDN
• We do not use facial recognition without consent
• Productions may save your profile for casting records
• You can remove any media from your profile at any time

9. Minors

Users under 18 must have parental consent. Minor profiles require parent/guardian verification. Parents can manage privacy settings for minor accounts.
